Gregg studied Art and Design at St Austell Collage and later took an interest in fused glass where he has self taught himself many techniques through experimentation over the years. He has developed styles and techniques which are unique to his work, most recently in a totally new way of using colour in the glass, allowing him to achieve a flowing organic look to his designs and effects that are at the moment exclusive to his work.
Gregg has run his own glass studio for the last 16 years and has recently moved his studio back to his roots in the picturesque village of Week St Mary in Cornwall. His work is strongly influenced by the stunning wild and beautiful landscape of Cornwall, from the ruggedness of the moors to the stunning and dramatic North Cornish coastline, famous for its rock formations, which it’s influence can be seen in some of his work.
Greg’s work can be found in a large number of galleries across the UK from Cornwall to Scotland.
He is always happy to meet clients to create works for private commissions from kitchen splash backs to wall art, to bring your ideas to life.
